Lindsey M. Rames is the Founder and Managing Partner of Rames Law Firm, P.C.

Lindsey M. Rames has spent nearly 20 years in the legal and insurance industries. Before becoming an attorney, Lindsey was the subrogation administrator for a national insurance company based in Dallas, Texas. Later, she would go on to work as an in-house attorney and adjuster for an independent insurance adjusting firm headquartered in the suburbs of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

Building on her legal and insurance experience, Lindsey Rames founded Rames Law Firm, P.C. in 2010. Lindsey’s practice is focused on civil litigation and appeals. Lindsey represents individuals, businesses, and insurance companies throughout the State of Texas and nationwide.

Lindsey’s dedication to her clients and cases has earned her the recognition as being a Texas Super Lawyer Rising Star from 2016-2021 for professional malpractice, an honor received by only 2.5% of Texas attorneys under the age of 40. Lindsey was also recently named to America’s Top 100 Personal Injury Attorneys for North Texas. 

Lindsey is active in the legal community. She currently serves as a Director for the Dallas Bar Association. She is a former chair of the Dallas Bar Association Judiciary Committee and the Legal Ethics Committee. She is a member of the State Bar of Texas Center for Professional Responsibility.
